Chair seat or sleeper berth
Chair seat
An upright seat, one passenger per seat.
Single sleeper berth
A full-length berth for one passenger, on the lower or upper deck, for the overnight journey.
Double sleeper berth
A wider berth. Depending on the bus it is sold as a whole berth or one place per person — the seat map shows which.

How do I book a seat?
Choose your direction and date at the top of the page, tap a free seat or berth on the seat map, pick your boarding and drop points, enter passenger details and pay. Your ticket appears on screen and can be downloaded as a PDF.
Are my seats reserved while I fill in details?
Yes. When you continue from the seat map, your seats are held for 10 minutes while you enter details and pay. The timer on screen shows how long is left.
What if my payment goes through but the page closes?
We confirm every payment directly with Razorpay, so your ticket is still issued. Open Manage Booking with your booking reference and mobile number or email to view it.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Yes, from Manage Booking. Charges and refunds follow our cancellation policy, which is shown before you pay.
Do I need an account?
No. You can book as a guest with your mobile number and email.
